Le due figure sono legate l'una all'altra formando il Namasté, un gesto che unisce gratitudine, umiltà e profondo rispetto come pochi. Letteralmente la parola Namasté (o namaskar) significa "mi inchino a te" e deriva dal sanscrito, dove "namas" significa inchino, saluto e "te" significa te. Le due figure rappresentano la dualità, maschile e femminile, luce e ombra, che devono coesistere in equilibrio dentro di noi, per permetterci di raggiungere l'illuminazione e un livello più alto di consapevolezza, per poter trasmettere la nostra energia al mondo. Le incisioni sono legate al concetto di dualità: la Y, oltre ad indicare la sillaba "Yo" del titolo, rappresenta il maschile e riassume simbolicamente il gesto del Namasté, mentre la "A" (finale di la sillaba "Ga" femminile, oltre ad associarsi alla forma del triangolo, che Da un punto di vista esoterico ha più spiegazioni.
